Manufacturing Quality Assurance Procedures Strengthened

VVV-Group has introduced additional quality assurance measures within its manufacturing workflow as part of a broader initiative aimed at improving production consistency. The updated procedures introduce several intermediate verification stages that allow technicians to evaluate device performance earlier during assembly.

Previously, certain calibration checks were performed primarily during final inspection stages. Under the new workflow, additional measurement verification steps are now conducted earlier in the production cycle, allowing engineers to identify potential deviations before devices proceed to later assembly stages.

According to the company’s engineering department, the updated process improves manufacturing transparency and helps maintain consistent calibration standards across production batches.

While these adjustments are largely internal and may not be directly visible to end users, they contribute to more predictable product performance and reduce the likelihood of calibration inconsistencies.
