Vibration Meter VM-422

Vibration meter VM-422 is a new model produced by the VVV-Group company. A vibrometer is a vibration measurement instrument, which is designed to determine the root-mean-square speed, displacement amplitude or acceleration of vibration of mechanical components and mechanisms. Determining these parameters makes it possible to determine the quality of both new mechanical components in production and to timely assess the technical condition of mechanical components during their operation. To determine vibration parameters, VM-422 uses a high-precision piezoelectric sensor, the voltage of which is converted into device readings using an electronic microprocessor. These readings are displayed on a color graphic screen, and the vibrometer is controlled using a graphic menu and three control buttons.

Vibration meter VVV-Group WM-422 has the following key features:

• measurement of vibration parameters: vibration velocity, vibration acceleration and displacement amplitude;

Operating Instructions:

• MENU: Power button
• MEAS: is the measurement key, press and hold this button to turn on the measurement
• LO/HI: upper side
• SAVE: Downside
• OK: Confirm key/switch key
• MEAS: bottom measurement key

Vibration Meter VM-422 can measure acceleration, rotation speed and displacement of machines and mechanisms that are widely used in mechanical production, electrical energy production, metallurgy, aircraft manufacturing, etc.
